Free 'Couch to Coast' walks are now on offer to beginners on the coastline in and around Exmouth.

There will be a series of walks, aimed at people who would like 'to take part in gentle, social, guided activity in nature'.

Each session will reportedly be led by an experienced guide knowledgable about the local history and wildlife, with participants building up their resilience in order to be able to do a final 5km walk.

The first session will be on Thursday 7 October at 10am starting at the cafe at Ocean on Queen's Drive, and will include a introduction to the project and a short walk on the seafront.
