T1, Oak - Crown lift to no more than 5m in height from ground level. Reduce lateral branches growing over garden by no more than 1m. Maximum diameter of pruning cuts 50mm.

Reason: To achieve long-term clearance over garden and to reduce risk of failure of lateral limbs.

2. 62 Camperdown Terrace Exmouth EX8 1EQ

Conversion of part of workshop to new office accommodation, refurbishment of the existing slate roof, which will utilise approximately 50% of existing slates, replacement of office windows and workshop doors, installation of vehicle charging point to the parking area. Status: Awaiting decision

Reason for removal:

Management of poor quality trees. Status: Awaiting decision
