Below are lists of key planning applications in Exmouth recently received or decided on by East Devon District Council.
T1, Oak - Crown lift to no more than 5m in height from ground level. Reduce lateral branches growing over garden by no more than 1m. Maximum diameter of pruning cuts 50mm.
T2, Oak - Crown lift to no more than 5m in height from ground level.
Reason: To achieve long-term clearance over garden and to reduce risk of failure of lateral limbs.
Note - T1 - is the left tree, T2, the right as looking from house. Status: Awaiting decision
Conversion of part of workshop to new office accommodation, refurbishment of the existing slate roof, which will utilise approximately 50% of existing slates, replacement of office windows and workshop doors, installation of vehicle charging point to the parking area. Status: Awaiting decision
G1 - Elms and Sycamore, to be felled to ground level.
Reason for removal:
Management of poor quality trees. Status: Awaiting decision
Removal of existing garden shed to be replaced with new beach hut style shed. Status: Approved
First floor side extension and first floor rear extension, porch to front with alterations to balcony and fenestration. Status: Approved
