Exmouth Town FC will be collecting donations for Ukraine on Saturday 19 March when it takes on Street FC.

It will also be wearing its yellow and blue change kit in solidarity with the country.

The donations collected will go to the DEC Humanitarian Appeal, which is a committee of 15 leading UK aid charities that come together in times of crisis to raise funds quickly and efficiently.

The match could also see Exmouth Town FC top the premier division of the Toolstation Western League, as they are currently just one point behind Tavistock with 59 points.

A spokesperson for the club said: "This Saturday Exmouth Town FC will be doing a bucket collection for the citizens of Ukraine.

"Supporter Gary Hall will be passing the bucket around the crowd at Town's game against Street and all funds will be send to the DEC humanitarian fund.

"Gary has already had a generous donation from Auto Save on Exeter Road to start the ball rolling.

"Town will continue to play in their away kit of yellow and blue as well."

Turnstiles open at 1.30pm for a 3pm kickoff.

It's also 'bring a kid' day at the club, with children under 16 able to gain entry for just £5. Click here to find out more.
