Date: 29.07.2018Time: 15:44Location: Dinan Way, ExmouthThree fire engines from Exmouth, Middlemoor and Sidmouth were mobilised to reports of a fire in a factory on Dinan Way in Exmouth. On arrival crews confirmed there was smoke issuing from the factory and there was a fire within an electrical unit. Crews are at work using 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, 1 thermal image camera and dry powder extinguisher to extinguish the fire.  Crews have requested a hazardous materials officer to attend and also police to support with evacuation of nearby properties and road closures.
