It's a wrap, 2019 is almost over and 2020 just around the bend so thoughts turn to getting ourselves fit and healthy for 2020.
The Tri-Hards Gents Exmouth and Tri-hards Ladies Exmouth have some fantastic training programs with our qualified run leaders to get you fit and healthy for the coming year.
Whether you're new to running, recovering from injury or just want to get fit; we have a course to take you up to 5k. Or, if you're already running but looking to increase your speed and distance, we've got a 5 to 10k course which introduces hills, hashing and fartlek!
It's all very exciting and you'll absolutely love it. Our events are not only great ways to get and keep fit and to lose weight but also to gain more friends and get social while enjoying this great pastime!
