East Devon District Council has launched a new spring photo competition.

The best 12 submissions will be included in the 'Wild East Devon' calendar for 2022, and the overall winner will get a voucher for two for a guided tour of a nature reserve.

The deadline is 31 May. To enter, simply email your photo to [email protected], or post it on social media quoting @eastdevon and #springeastdevon.

Wild East Devon Team Leader, Tim Dafforn, said:

"We're looking forward to seeing some great entries this year including landscapes and wildlife looking spectacular this spring.

"It has been a great year for wildlife but a challenging one for people so we hope that this competition will lift our spirits and help us appreciate our outstanding nature and the great outdoors."

The winners will be chosen in June, and the calendar will be available for purchase in November.
