With the August Bank Holiday fast approaching Exmouth Nub News has put together a handy weather report to help you make the most of your three day weekend.

Temperatures could reach 30C on Saturday and Sunday and with a wealth of events taking place across East Devon this weekend the conditions could not be better.

According to the Met Office, today (Aug 23) will remain sunny and dry with temperatures increasing as the afternoon goes on. The maximum temperature for today is 26C.

Temperatures will drop over night and into the morning, some mist and fog is possible in place around dawn. The minimum overnight temperature will be around 9C.

On Saturday the Met Office forecasts 'clear blue skies and sunshine through most of the day'. The odd patch of cloud is possible but it will feel 'very warm'. Temperatures could reach 30C.

Sunday and Monday will be mainly dry with warm sunny spells. However there will be some cloud around at times, and the odd shower is possible in places.
