A303 closed after pedestrian dies in road traffic collision

The A303 remains closed today after a pedestrian died in a road traffic collision at around 11.30pm yesterday (21 April).
The incident took place on the stretch of road between South Petherton and Southfields in Somerset.
The pedestrian, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
