An Exmouth cobblers is moving a stone throw away to a bigger and better store after 23 years on Albion Street.

Owners Ryan Ballett and Dawn Leach took over Albion Cobblers from Dawn's father a few years ago.

Now the couple are thrilled to announce the store will be relocating to Exeter Road in the former Thomas Cook building.

Ryan and Dawn hope to reopen the store, which offers everything from shoe repairs to engravings, at the end of the second lockdown, on December 2.

Ryan said: "We have literally outgrown this place.

"We were one of the fortunate ones where our business is thriving in store and online.

"We are really excited for the move.

"We are going to be offering more services on top of our shoe repairs, engraving and key cutting along with a wider range of gifts and trophies. We will also have a range of equestrian and poultry products in store."
