A beginners' photography workshop is available in the grounds of Powderham Castle this Saturday and on several dates next month.

Organised by Matt Round Photography, the workshop is designed to help you get to grips with your camera and get an insight into the theory behind photography on a two-and-a-half- to three-hour 'photowalk' around the grounds of the castle.

All you need to bring is your camera, accessories, and a pen and paper to take notes.

Tickets are £25, with £5 from every ticket sold going towards the restoration of the Victorian Glasshouse at the castle.
