Council hopes to buy former B&B to help solve homelessness crisis in East Devon
East Devon District Council is hopeful that the purchase will be complete in time for occupation before Christmas and after conversion works were completed, the building would become a House in Multiple Occupation, providing bedsits with ensuite facilities for eight occupants.
