Police have closed a road in both directions just outside Woodbury Salterton.

Stony Lane, between New Way and White Cross Road, is blocked due to reports of an incident involving a car and a pedestrian.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Reports at 1.35pm of a collision between a car and pedestrian on Stony Lane.

"No injuries reported and ambulance not required."
