Domestic property fire at Capel Lane, Exeter

Date: 13.11.2018Time: 01:03Location: Capel Lane, ExeterDevon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service received a call from a member of the public reporting a fire in a property at the above location.
Two fire appliances from Exmouth and one from Budleigh Salterton were immediately mobilised by Fire Control.On arrival the officer in charge confirmed that there had been a fire in the property involving a bin, that had been extinguished and moved outside by the occupier prior to arrival of crews.
Crews ensured the scene was safe before handing the incident over to the occupier.
