Two storey rear extension. Status: Awaiting decision


2. 147 Withycombe Village Road Exmouth EX8 3AG

T1 Fagus sylvatica fell and replant with Quercus rober standard. The tree has extensive decay from Meripilus giganteus. Status: Awaiting decision

Construction of single storey extension to rear, and provision of cladding to front. Status: Approved


2. 1 Lestock Close Exmouth EX8 2QW

Conversion of existing side extension, including raising of roof, to form new dwelling, and construction of one vehicle parking space. Status: Refused


3. 24 Belle Vue Road Exmouth EX8 3DP

Loft conversion, including 1 no. dormer to the rear roof slopes. Status: Approved


4. 73 Nelson Drive Exmouth EX8 2PS

Proposed two storey side extension, new entrance to side and new vehicular access. Status: Approved

Single storey rear extension including removal of part of an existing infill. Status: Approved
