Exmouth Nub News' event of the week is Friday's beginner's kickboxing and self-defence classes with Ash Herron Academy in Withycombe Raleigh.

The academy has classes for children and women on Fridays at the following times:
Little Ninjas 5-5.45pm (ages 3-6)
Family class 6-7pm (ages 7+)Ladies class 7-8pm (ages 12+)
It offers a two-week free trial and uniform.
