Exmouth event of the week: Cold water therapy dip with Healthscape CIC

Community interest company HealthScape is set to hold a free cold water therapy dip at Exmouth beach at 10am on Sunday 1 August.

A spokesperson said on social media: "We hold free sessions every Sunday for cold water therapy, this is so good for your mental health and wellbeing, and also for peer support, you can and will make new friends!

"We understand how scary it can be if you have never done it before, but our hub managers and volunteers are well-trained and will look after you.

"We also have equipment you can borrow (wetsuit, boots, and gloves, please let us know your size beforehand just in case we don't have it)."
