Job description

Housing Support Worker

Hours: full time (37.5 hours a week)

Rate: £20,625.23 p.a.

Benefits: Company mobile phone, 26 days annual leave, healthcare plan, company pension scheme, free parking on site

Person specification:

- Experience of working in a supported housing or housing management environment, either in a paid or voluntary capacity

- An understanding of the difficulties facing disadvantaged people.

- Knowledge and understanding of voids and allocations, arrears management and service charges

- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children

- Comfortable dealing with neighbourhood nuisance, disputes and anti-social behaviour

- Passionate and committed to deliver an excellent service with a "right first time" ethic

- Understanding of lone working, professional boundaries and confidentiality issues
