The owner of Spoken in Exmouth town centre is looking for people to invest in Quick Gin, an affordable tipple dreamed up right here in Exmouth.

The Quick Gin business (Quick Liquids Limited) born from Spoken, which is a separate businesses, is growing rapidly and with the orders coming through the need for growth and investment is mounting.

George hopes fresh investment will help catapult Quick Gin onto the international scene.

George told Nub News: "I am inviting people across the country to become shareholders in the business to enable this growth.

George's first gin was developed in 2016. It was distributed across the south west with over 600 listings; a national rollout with J D Wetherspoon's gin festival and in 2019 he supplied 20,000 bottles to a major retailer where it was selected to be included in a 'summer gin extravaganza'.

Quick Liquids is also the UK's first brand to roll out a range of gins with direct 'zero' alternatives, giving consumers choice 'without sacrifice in flavour and experience'.

George said: "Our white label department is delivering 48,000 bottles in just one order. Funds are being raised to meet growing demand and achieve market dominance, and development of new products.

"Drinking habits are changing. Quick Liquids exists to meet that demand. The No and Low drinks sector is set for exponential growth. Non-alcoholic spirit is one of the fastest growing segments of the entire drinks industry. The value of alcohol free spirits sold in the UK grew from £17.5 million to £25.9 million in the year to June 2018 and is growing fast!
