Junior martial arts classes are now available again at Exmouth Leisure Centre.

Judo, Muay Thai, and Aikido are on offer - see below for details.

Judo

Judo, lit. 'the gentle way', is a Japanese martial art that uses bodyweight and grappling techniques.

For ages 4-15, these classes take place on Thursdays from 5.15pm-6.15pm.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, and wrestling techniques.

These classes take place on Mondays and Fridays from 5.15pm-6pm.

Aikido

Aikido is a heavily stylised Japanese martial art that uses momentum and bodyweight.

These classes take place on Wednesdays and are for ages 5-7 (4pm-4.45pm), 7-11 (5pm-5.45pm), 11+ (6pm-7pm), and will be led by LED Instructor Simon Joscelyne.
