As of today (Monday 6 September) RNLI Lifeguards will not patrol the beaches at Teignmouth, Dawlish Warren, or Sandy Bay.

The summer season patrols have now come to an end, but there will still be lifeguards on duty in Exmouth in September at weekends from 10am-6pm.

On Exmouth beach, there will be no red flags marking areas dangerous to swim in, but there are still strong tidal currents that bathers should be aware of.
