Exmouth: Running course for beginners to start next month with Tri-Hards Community Fitness Project

Exmouth-based community fitness project the 'Tri-Hards' is set to launch a seven-week beginners running course next month.

It will take place every Thursday at 9.30am at the Ocean from 9 September, for a total of seven weeks.

The course is designed for complete beginners to build up their stamina and confidence, and reach a target of being able to run for 30 minutes.

Included in the price of the course, £10, is a free metal ICE (In Case of Emergency) tag engraved with the participant's details of a person to contact in an emergency.
