Exmouth: Three taken to hospital after crash on Exeter Road

A crash that took place on Exeter Road in Exmouth yesterday afternoon (Thursday 3 February) saw three people taken to hospital.

The collision involved a van and two cars and was reported to police at 5.25pm.

All three drivers were taken to hospital. How bad their injuries were is not yet known but police have said they were not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.

The road was closed until 7.35pm.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "This was a three-vehicle collision on Exeter Road, Exmouth, reported to us at 5.25pm yesterday.

"Involved a van and two cars. Ambulance also attended.

"All three drivers were taken to hospital.

"The extent of the injuries are not on our log but none were believed life-changing or threatening.

"The road was closed but clear by 7.35pm."
