Today sees the end of a three day yellow weather warning from the Met Office for high winds in the East Devon area.

Tonight we will likely see more heavy rain but there will also be some occasional clear spells. The high winds will begin to ease this evening.

On Saturday it will remain windy but less so than earlier this week. There will be further showers but there will also be some sunny spells throughout the day. We can expect a maximum temperature of 22C.

On Sunday the winds will ease further, there will still be some showers but sunny spells should become more frequent.

The outlook for next week looks similar to the weather we have had this week. On Tuesday winds are forecast to strengthen once more.
