After a week of cooler weather with some sunshine on Wednesday, this weekend is not much to write home about.

Saturday will start off overcast and turn into sunny spells at lunchtime - the wind will be moderate, with gusts of up to 17mph. The temperature will stay cool throughout the day, not going higher than 17 degrees Celsius.

Sunday's wind will pick with gusts of up to 22mph, and expect showers by 1pm lasting all day.

Next week will continue in the same vein with cooler temperatures, overcast skies, and periodic showers.

It could start to look like summer in the next couple of weeks, however, with drier, warmer weather forecast for July.
