Two storey extensions and plans to demolish a bungalow are among the planning applications submitted to East Devon District Council for the Exmouth area this week.

Every week dozens of planning applications are submitted to our local planning authority, and the coronavirus pandemic has not changed that.

While some council services have been suspended as a result of COVID-19, planning departments are still working as usual to validate and to decide upon applications.

Here is a list of applications that have been submitted and validated by East Devon District Council for the Exmouth area in the last week.

-Construction of single and two storey extensions including roof terrace, rear dormer window and garage – 6 Lawn Road, Exmouth, EX8 1QJ – view the application here.

-Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 19/1607/FUL (demolition of existing bungalow and erection of 3 no. two storey detached dwellings) to increase the footprint of plot 1 through the addition of a two storey side extension – 192 Hulham Road, Exmouth, EX8 4RB – view the application here.

-Retention of balcony and visibility screen – Grange House Woodbury Exeter EX5 1LG – view the application here.

If you strongly support or object to a particular planning application please feel free to contact Nub News via email: [email protected].
