Family-run Exmouth restaurant goes up for sale

Ristorante EM, a family-run Italian restaurant on Victoria Road in Exmouth, is for sale for £69k.
It is currently being marketed by estate agency Everett Masson & Furby as a leasehold.
It is described as an "immaculate" licensed restaurant with "superb" premises and expensive equipment.
The restaurant has a dining area for 50 people, a bar servery, a coffee station, a commercial kitchen, a storage area to include walk-in refrigeration, and more.
Ristorante EM reportedly has "favourable" overheads and the premises get 100 per cent business rate relief. Sales for 2022 were £117k with a gross profit of £71k.
