Exmouth Tri-Hards are 'calling all ladies wanting to run' for a new FREE virtual running course.

The community fitness group is hoping to blow away the lock down cobwebs and help the town's ladies become fit and healthy.

All you will need is a comfy pair of trainers and 45 minutes three times a week.

Tri-Hards founder Shelly Stammers said: "Many are struggling with mental health and running can really improve your overall mood.

"If you're female, keen to start running or get back to running please join the Tri-Hards Free 8 week course."

"By clicking this link you can join the group. The first week's programme will be launched this evening (Thursday).
