A new cocktail and wine bar is set to open in Exmouth's Manor Hotel, it has now been announced.

It will be called 'Hat or Lemon' and open on 10 March 2022.

The new bar describes itself as 'elegant, classy, and unique to its location', and will reportedly offer 'over 250 products catering for cocktail lovers, wine connoisseurs, gin buffs, rum runners and not to forget our whisky enthusiasts.'

Bar Manager Thomas Lelliott said: "We are looking to offer a large range of high-quality unique cocktails (possibly the largest menu in Exmouth). Our last menu had 30, a mixture of classics and our own creations. We also boast a vast wine list as well as 91 spirits and liquors.

"We are planning to offer a few ticketed blind wine tastings throughout the year of which last year sold out, cocktail masterclasses and cocktail taster menus. Our bar and hotel is situated in one of the oldest buildings in Exmouth standing here for more than 300 years hosting the likes of Franz Liszt."
