The owner of a missing parrot from the Exmouth area is offering a reward for help tracking down his pet parrot Floyd.

Floyd, an eight month old Monk Parakeet, went missing from his Woodbury home on Sunday afternoon.

His owner, Rich Turner, is asking people to keep an eye, and an ear, out for the missing bird. There was a possible sighting today in Woodbury Salterton and it is possible Floyd is in the Exmouth town area.

According to Rich, Floyd is quite loud, has a sharp tweet and does not sound like a wild bird. So if you don't see him to begin with you may be able to hear him.

While Floyd does not say whole sentences, he does sometimes say, 'hi mate'.

Rich told Nub News: "Floyd is a much loved family pet and we'd be grateful for any information leading to his safe return. A £100 reward is offered for his safe return."

If you have spotted Floyd or have any information on his whereabouts please contact Rich, on 07852452701.
