Small and start-up businesses from the Exmouth area are being encouraged to consider taking on an industrial estate.

A unit has become available for freehold or leasehold at Mill Park Industrial Estate, Woodbury Salterton, and commercial property consultants Haarer Goss are encouraging businesses in Exmouth to consider the property.

According to a Haarer Goss spokesperson: "The property is situated on the end of a small terrace of five units and comprises ground floor business / warehousing accommodation with mezzanine storage above.

"The unit is of steel portal frame construction, believed to have been built in 2004, with rendered blockwork and insulated profile steel elevations and roof incorporating daylighting panels.

"The property has an electric loading door (3.96m wide x 2.97m high), a separate pedestrian access door, striplighting, a security alarm, disabled toilet and kitchenette. There is also an office on the ground floor measuring approximately 4.80m x 4.0m.

"There is parking in front of the building and communal parking is also available on the estate."

Mill Park Industrial Estate is just under six miles from Exmouth town centre, located just off Sidmouth Road, A3052, and is approximately three miles east of Junction 30 of the M5 motorway.
