Barbecue Thirteen is a new restaurant operating out of the Manor Hotel, cooking primarily over hot coals.

Job description

A spokesperson said: "We'll teach you how to play with fire... and much more.

"Good hours: no more 80-hour weeks for chefs.

"Good pay: including tips and overtime.

"It's a great place to learn your trade - even better that it's 70% over fire."

The company are looking for either:

- a strong chef de partie

- an apprentice
