Local care company, Home Instead Senior Care Exeter and East Devon have been busy compiling a What's on Where Guide for the Exmouth, Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton area.

The guide lists a selection of activities, clubs, exercise sessions and support services for older adults, and also contains a handy index of useful contact numbers.

Registered Manager Laura Grant said: "We've created this free guide in the hope that older adults will find this to be a really useful resource.

"There is so much happening in our local community, but not everyone is aware of what and where! Therefore we decided to make this guide to promote what our local community has to offer."

The guide has already been well received by local businesses, community organisations and GP surgeries.
