Stagecoach is introducing a new Exmouth bus service next month.

The 58A will operate between Exeter St Davids and Exmouth from 3 September, calling at Brixington, Woodbury, Exeter Airport, Exeter College Technology Centre and Whipton shops.

It follows the award of a tender from Devon County Council. It is hoped the service will provide "new and direct peak-time journey opportunities for commuters and students".

Other changes from September

Stagecoach is also adding extra journeys at peak times for the 57 service Monday to Friday towards Exeter, as well as an additional and earlier first journey on Sunday and public holidays from Brixington to Exeter at 7.50am, providing an arrival into Exeter before 9am.

The 95 service between Exmouth and Sandy Bay will be reduced to hourly seven days a week and will operate until the end of October half-term, when a further reduced timetable will be introduced.
