The first phase of new homes at the Goodmores Farm development on the edge of Exmouth are now available to reserve, property developers 3West have said.

The development off Dinan Way will reportedly include a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses alongside a new school.

Work began on the site in early 2022. The show home is hoped to be ready in early 2023, and the first homes occupied by spring 2023.

The homes now available to reserve are three- and four-bedroom semi-detached houses, with prices starting from £350k.
