New Indian restaurant opens in Exmouth

A new Indian restaurant opened in Exmouth this week on Wednesday (3 August).

Curry Cottage is located at the former premises of Noodle Bowl between Cabin Coffee House and The Mexican.

It offers a sit-down restaurant experience alongside takeaways, and it also has a delivery service.

Both of the new restaurant's chefs are from India, according to its manager Mamunur Rashid, who is local to Exmouth.

He said: "We provide Indian food, totally authentic.

"I welcome everybody to come and try our curry. We try to give our best as an Indian restaurant." 

Mr Rashid also highlighted their vegetarian and seafood options.

Its menu features kebabs, tandoori, balti, biryani and fish dishes, its own specialities, and more.
