Police search for mobile home in Exmouth area to carry out 'welfare check'

Police officers are urgently trying to locate a mobile home that could be in the Exmouth area of East Devon, in order 'to establish a welfare check on its occupants'.
The vehicle is a distinctive white Fiat Ducato, similar to the one pictured, with the registration number E390CTV.
