If you're self-isolating in Exmouth, local help is at hand.

The Exmouth Mutual Aid Covid-19 group is made up of volunteers who can help you with shopping, running errands, and collecting prescriptions.

If you're self-isolating and would like help, you can either:

- Call 07494 462057 (9am-5pm 7 days a week)

- Email [email protected]

- Post on the Facebook group
