Sponsors are needed to raise money for Hospiscare this year, as postboxes in Exmouth are set to receive a woolly makeover in October.

'The Mail Trail' will feature a series of postboxes around the town, which will all be decorated with 'toppers' - knitted or crocheted designs that sit neatly on top.

The theme this year is 'Beside the Sea', and the toppers are due to be in place by 1 October.

Local businesses are invited to sponsor a postbox, and maps will be available to buy so that families can have fun tracking down the different postboxes with toppers.

Money raised this year will be donated to Hospiscare - an invaluable service that provides end-of-life care to many.
