Twilight Walk, the popular pink sponsored walk in aid of local charity Hospiscare, is due to return to Exmouth after two years.

The event will take over the seafront town on Saturday 9 July to raise much-needed funds for the local hospice for Exeter, Mid and East Devon.

Receiving just 18% of its funding from the NHS, Hospiscare relies upon events such as Twilight Walk to fund its specialist end-of-life care. This July, supporters can shine a light for over 2,500 patients and their families who are cared for by the local hospice by taking part in the popular event.

After taking place as a 'virtual event' for the past two years with supporters walking in their own locality, the Hospiscare team is excited to bring #TeamTwilight back to Exmouth.

This years also marks 40 years of Hospiscare and to celebrate, there are some new and exciting changes to Twilight Walk this year. The event will take place in a new home – Manor Gardens – and features a brand new walking route with two distance options of 6 and 13 miles. There will also be some sparkly surprises for participants as they complete the walk through Exmouth.

Everyone is welcome to join the sparkliest Twilight ever and pledge to raise £50 or more in sponsorship to continue Hospiscare's vital care.

Sign up by 11 April for an Early Bird ticket price of just £15 per person or team up to enjoy a discount of £32 for two tickets from 11 April.

Twilight Walk could not return without the sponsorship provided by Jurassic Fibre, who will be behind the event every step of the way.

Shine a light for end-of-life care in the local community by signing up to Twilight Walk: www.hospiscare.co.uk/twilight.
