NCI (National Coastwatch Institution) Exmouth is appealing for information again after its newly erected flagpole was found damaged for a second time.

The flagpole was found 'bent out of shape and unusable' on the morning of Saturday 16 October as the charity's volunteer watchkeepers arrived.

The incident is believed to have occurred the day before on Friday 15 October after the last watch at 6.30pm.

The previous incident which saw Coastwatch House's radio mast and flagpole damaged is thought to have taken place after 6.30pm one week earlier on Friday 8 October.

If you have information about either incident, please contact the Station Manager Ivor Jones [email protected] or call or email the police using 101 or [email protected] quoting crime reference CR/089271/2
