It's the moment we've all been waiting for, as Exeter Chiefs head off to Twickenham tomorrow to face Harlequins in the Gallagher Premiership final.

Semi-final results

The Chiefs put forward a solid display against Sale last week, winning 40-30 and looking strong throughout the match.

As for Harlequins, despite being down 28-5 at half time, a stunning second-half comeback saw them shift the scoreboard to 43-36 to beat the Bristol Bears in extra time.

Tomorrow's match

Tomorrow will mark the sixth time in a row that Exeter has made the final - and the first time since 2012 for Harlequins.

It's uncertain yet what the Chiefs' lineup will be, but there have been no new injury concerns.

Jack Nowell returned from injury and made an appearance in the semi-final, scoring two tries.

Scottish international player Stuart Hogg didn't start last week, so we may see him play tomorrow.

Director of Rugby Rob Baxter told Chiefs media: "As long as Jack is fit and able to play, you will see a good game from him.

"Even I was impressed at the weekend, and I've seen him do it over and over again. That is just typical of him. He delivered, and he has put himself right back in the shop window with that performance."

Kickoff is at 5.30pm tomorrow (26 June) at Twickenham, and you can watch the match live on BT Sport.
