A service and parade celebrating VE Day will be held on the Strand this Sunday 8 May.
The parade will form up from 10.30am and the service will begin at 10.50am. The service will involve the laying of wreaths, prayers, and singing of the national anthem.
This year marks the 77th anniversary of the surrender of Nazi Germany to the Allies.
