Come and try Mindfulness, the practice of being in the present moment to help you relax and enhance your sense of well-being. Learn techniques for calming the mind, following the breath and deep relaxation to help relieve stress, improve sleep and well-being. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a cushion and mat.
