The number of coronavirus cases in East Devon has fallen again to its lowest level since September.

At the beginning of the month, 3-9 April, there were ten cases in East Devon.

Last week, 9-16 April, just eight cases were recorded in the district.

Cases fell across the rest of the county at a similar rate, with an 11% decrease over the same period.

Just two patients are now in hospital after a positive COVID-19 test, according to statistics up to 13 April.

They are both being treated at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
