Exmouth: 'Managing the Menopause' event at Ocean with Tri-Hards Community Fitness Project

An Exmouth fitness group is set to hold an informative workshop on menopause in September which will also raise money for Exmouth suicide bereavement support charity Pete's Dragons.

The Tri-Hards Community Fitness Project's event 'Managing the Menopause' will take place at Ocean on Monday 6 September from 7pm until 9pm.

A spokesperson for the Tri-Hards said: "Join us for a fun and informative workshop on 'Managing the Menopause' while raising money for Pete's Dragons charity.

"The workshop will be led by exercise nutrition expert Hazel Davies and medicinal herbalist and women's health professional Su Bristow.

"As well as having plenty of opportunities for discussion and asking questions during the evening we will cover the following topics:

- Mood and emotional regulation

- Weight management and bloating

- Memory, concentration and sleep

- Tips for joints and staying supple

- Unleash your happy, balanced mojo!

"The evening will start with a short, simple re-energising exercise which you can do seated. Throughout the evening there will also be plenty of tips on medicinal herbal health, nutrition, exercise and self care!
