The National Trust is seeking new volunteers to help out at a Grade I listed property near Exmouth known as A la Ronde.

The 18th-century 16-sided house currently requires visitor-welcome, till-and-barn, courtyard, house-experience, and gardens-and-parks volunteers as well as estate tour guides.

A National Trust spokesperson said: "A life is one long adventure and we'd love to join in with your next one.

"Whether you want to put years of skills and experience towards our cause or just want to try something brand new, we'll have a role to suit you.

"Our team is full of inspiring people from all walks of life who get a real buzz from working and learning together."

A la Ronde will open from 5 April this year.
