Exmouth's Indoor Market has reopened today after being closed for months due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

The market has made some changes to help customers social distance and protect themselves while shopping.

Hand sanitiser is now available to shoppers, protective screens have been put up and floor markings have been put in place.

A spokesperson for the market announced the opening on Facebook this morning: "We are delighted that we are reopening today - we have worked hard to make sure everything is ready and safe for customers and stallholders to open.

"Thank you for your patience and understanding while we all get used to the new way of shopping following all the government guidelines - we look forward to you, shopping with us."

Exmouth Indoor Market has been operating since July 1980. The Market has 30 stalls offering a wide selection of goods from fresh local produce to a wide range of gift ideas.

The market will be open today between 10am and 3pm. For more information on the Exmouth Indoor Market click here.
