There is less than a week to go until the Local Plan public consultation ends

A public consultation on East Devon District Council's draft Local Plan is set to close on Sunday (15 January).

The Local Plan will be a key document when making planning decisions and will determine how many homes need to be built and where in East Devon.

It will also address other concerns such as creating new jobs and climate change.

In just over a years' time, EDDC hopes to have a final version of the plan informed by the comments it receives that will be consulted on and then subject to an examination in public by a government-appointed planning inspector.
