The candidates standing for election to East Devon District Council and Exmouth Town Council have been named.

With voters going to the polls on 4 May, the parties have confirmed who will be standing in wards across the district.

See below for the wards and the candidates, with the parties they represent.

East Devon District Council

Exmouth Brixington (three councillors to be elected)

  • Aurora Bailey (Independent);
  • Fred Caygill (Conservative);
  • Maddy Chapman (Conservative);
  • Andrew Colman (Liberal Democrats);
  • Ian Kirvan (Independent);
  • Malcolm Marrett (Green Party);
  • Cherry Nicholas (Conservative);
  • Jamie Wickenden (Labour).

Exmouth Halsdon (three councillors to be elected)

  • Tim Dumper (Liberal Democrats);
  • Richard Parr (Conservative);
  • Pauline Stott (Conservative);
  • Andrew Toye (Liberal Democrats);
  • Daniel Wilson (Labour).

Exmouth Littleham (three councillors to be elected)

  • Brian Bailey (Conservative);
  • Anne Hall (Liberal Democrats);
  • Nick Hookway (Liberal Democrats);
  • Oliver Kerr (Conservative);
  • David Poor (Liberal Democrats);
  • Mike Rosser (Green Party).

Exmouth Town (three councillors to be elected)

  • Olly Davey (Green Party);
  • Dominic Nancekievill (Conservative);
  • Joe Whibley (Independent);
