Side and rear extension to existing dwelling. Status: Awaiting decision


2. 4 Heatherdale Exmouth EX8 2HZ

Proposed first floor side extension, external cladding and removal of chimney stack. Status: Awaiting decision


Applications decided

1. 15 Birchwood Road Exmouth EX8 4LH

Conversion of garage to habitable use to include a side extension for use as a residential annex. Status: Approved


2. Kincraig 11 Cranford Avenue Exmouth EX8 2HT

T1 - Holm Oak 1.5m lateral reduction of lower third of canopy, maximum diameter of cuts 60mm. Cut back from building to gain a minimum of 2m clearance. Works agreed with Mr Alistair Jeans.

Reason for works: Tree is dominant over area and is now very close to nearby building. Works are appropriate arboricultural management for a tree of this species. Status: Approved


3. 14 Durham Close Exmouth EX8 5QU

T1 Turkey Oak , T3 English Oak - Reduce second and third order branches by 2.5 meters to suitable pruning point leaving a balanced shape following best arboricultural practices. The trees will have a Finnished height of approximately 10 meters and a radial spread of 4 meters with a maximum cut diameter of 75mm.

T2 Oak fell This tree is a heavily suppressed specimen growing between T1 & T3 removal of the tree would allow more light into the property and allow for replanting on the hedge bank. Status: Split Decision (part refused, part approved)


4. 17 Colleton Way Exmouth EX8 3PT

Demolition of existing single storey outbuilding and erection of replacement part single storey part two storey rear and side extension. Status: Approved
